About Shiso Noodle and Sushi Bar

It's our dream to open a state of the art open kitchen restaurant serving the two dishes we recklessly love and can't live without: Noodles and Sushi.

Our goal is to focus heavily on freshness and quality as we make craft noodles and sushi for our guests. That also means we will be making everything from scratch in house. This includes soups, tare (sauces), toppings, and last but not least, fresh in house crafted noodles. We hope you enjoy our food and our drinks from our full bar (we are not BYOB) as much as we do making it for you! We chose Shiso Sushi Restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and we’re so glad we did! Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. We started with the live scallops and ponzu oysters, both incredibly fresh and flavorful. For our main, we had the 18-piece premium chef’s choice, and each piece was absolutely delicious. The Chef Special roll was a great value too, topped with scallops over spicy spot shrimp, and it’s only $24! The quality and presentation were outstanding, and it made our special night even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional sushi experience!

some of the best Japanese food I’ve ever had and I eat a lot Japanese food. Hands down best scallop sashimi and sea urchin I’ve had. Service was good too, our sever Peter was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. Definitely recommend!

Loved it! The pork bao buns were very good and the sushi was excellent. Service was equally outstanding and my server was quite lovely. Loved the atmosphere and decor as well.

Ordered Shiso for delivery on Saturday night after reading some glowing reviews online and it did not disappoint - will be my new go-to for sushi takeout. Got the Chef's choice sushi and tuna/aji sushi and every piece was amazing and so fresh. Also got the spicy tuna crispy rice (don't have a photo) but would skip this next time, it just doesn't travel well. Can't wait to try Shiso in person!

Hidden gem! The 9 piece chef selection nigiri was exquisite. Each piece served one by one to the sushi bar, fresh taste and perfect presentation. Pork buns were also amazing. Pork cheek meat was succulent, perfect combo of toppings and soft bun. Service was superb and sake very very hot just like it should be 👌
